For over a decade, Connor Walsh has worked at the intersection of technology, politics and government.
Prior to founding Build Digital, Connor worked in the United States House of Representatives where he helped to modernize the way Congress uses technology to interact directly with the American people.
Serving as Digital Director for Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Connor oversaw the execution of broad, data-driven digital strategies for the U.S. House, its then-Republican majority and their legislative agenda. In that role, he also advised Leadership, Committees, Members and staff on policy issues surrounding digital media, technology and open government.
Connor’s previous experience includes advising startups, campaigns and non-profits on advertising, digital strategy, and using public opinion research to craft compelling messages. In 2010, he earned his bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University where his thesis in economics examined the effect macroeconomic indicators have on party control of Congress.
A native of Lone Tree, Colorado, Connor lives in Washington, D.C.
